Return Policy

We are sorry that the product did not meet your expectations 100%. If you wish to apply for a return, please follow the instructions below:

A. Return Conditions:

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return the item, please initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery.
2. The following items are non-returnable: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, clearance items, and any other final sale items.
3. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items marked as non-returnable on the product detail page, as well as free gifts, cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without a proper return request.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Returns must be made at your own cost.
7. Please double-check your items before shipping. Returns are only processed for products purchased through SUMWON.

B. Return Instructions:

1. Locate your order in the order list in your Personal Center.
2. After finding the order you want to return, click [Request Return]. If your order has not yet been confirmed as delivered, please first click [Confirm Delivery].
3. Fill out and submit the return application. If there is a quality issue with the item, please upload photos clearly showing the problem.

IMPORTANT: After submitting your application, you can find the return address and supported couriers on the "Return Details" page. To ensure a smooth and speedy refund process, please return your item using one of the couriers listed there. Using these designated carriers allows us to process your refund more promptly. Please make sure to submit the logistics information (tracking number, carrier, and shipping label image) on that page.

4. Our warehouse will automatically process your refund within 3 working days after your return parcel is received. The actual time for the refund to reach your account depends on the respective payment platform.
